The Family
Recipes taught by hand, kept by memory
Owner Ronika Singh Bhatia learned every dish on this menu in her family’s kitchen, measured in handfuls and pinches. The chhole are her mother’s. The butter chicken is the house recipe her family has argued over and perfected for decades. Her rule is simple: cook it the way it was taught, or leave it off the menu.
The family is all here, including Snoopy, the house shih tzu and honorary sous chef, who supervises the dining room and greets regulars by the door.
